I've seen this problem all over, but none of the solutions are working for me.

I get either HRESULT=0x887a0005 or HRESULT=0x887a0006. It's happening in mission 4 with V.
My specs are: Windows 10 x64 i7 4710HQ Gtx 860m (4GB) 16GB Ram
I've tried the oldest nvidia driver available for me as well as the most recent, 416.94 & 425.31 respectively.
I'm running the game as Admin & have tried different compatibility modes và dx11/dx12 settings in ini.

Please help?
Edit: I went looking for an old driver through 3rd buổi tiệc nhỏ websites & finally found one that works, 399.24. Try that if you have sầu the same problem and can't update your driver because of an old/unsupported gpu

I did try that. It's actually the only way I found khổng lồ not have the screen completely dark.

Hey, what graphics options are you using? You may want to lớn try turning down the settings and going from there. This is especially worth doing because your Processor is only just about on par in some cases with the Minimum requirements & your Graphics Card doesn't meet the Minimum requirements for the game.
In particular, Devil May Cry 5 tends to eventually use nearly (& possibly more) 6 GB VRAM at 1080p Ultra settings & your graphics card has 4 GB VRAM. Over-commitment of VRAM can cause crashes in many games, alongside intermittent stuttering. I would advise testing your system on the Lowest settings possible at 1920 x 1080, with Resolution Scaling set khổng lồ 100% & see if there is any improvement, if so, turning up settings one by one until you find the unique màn chơi that starts your crashes again will be your best bet.

Settings that may use high amounts of VRAM at higher settings or otherwise may be worth adjusting before other settings:
Resolution
Resolution Scaling
Texture Quality
Shadow Quality
Shadow Cabịt (when mix to lớn ON, will improve sầu performance at increased VRAM usage)
Other things to lớn try:
Switch the DirectX version to lớn the version that offers you the best experience on your particular system, though this may not fix those particular errors you're having.
